{"id":226,"date":"2025-05-22T02:53:46","date_gmt":"2025-05-21T18:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enfoid.io\/doc\/?p=226"},"modified":"2025-05-31T03:01:04","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T19:01:04","slug":"uptime-reporting-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.enfoid.io\/doc\/company\/2025\/05\/uptime-reporting-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Uptime Reporting change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You may have already noticed that some of our services are marked as &#8220;down&#8221; on the APIs.<\/p>\n<p>It is correctly showing our IoT system to be offline due to a critical hardware failure, impacting services like<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSL and RSA Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>backoffice technical services (internal tools used)<\/li>\n<li>shared storage for defunct.space<\/li>\n<li>local DNS and antispam services<\/li>\n<li>Accounting archive access<\/li>\n<li>Realtime Trading updates<\/li>\n<li>Office cameras<\/li>\n<li>VPN Status monitoring<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other services that showed offline for some time are actually running fine. Due to a ToS change by Uptimerobot (the service we use to utilize these features), we will phase out using that service and have experimented with HetrixTools and other providers.<\/p>\n<p>Trading execution and reporting via API or FIX systems were not affected by this at any time.<\/p>\n<p>While, in our opinion, Uptimerobot is still the best service out there for easy-to-read frontend pages for clients and seamless API integration, we are forced to speed up this process and use HetrixTools from now on.<\/p>\n<p>The API endpoints on your end will not change! We ensured the new calls will be smoothly integrated and translated.<\/p>\n<p>We will keep the <a href=\"https:\/\/stats.uptimerobot.com\/D0LKrsBZQ8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">old Stauts uptime link<\/a> available on <a href=\"https:\/\/enfoid.io\/doc\/\">enfoid.io<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But for the foreseeable future,<br \/>\n<strong>please use this new status page for EnFoid services under <a href=\"https:\/\/status.enfoid.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">status.enfoid.io<\/a> or our integrated API for your own connected services<\/strong> as usual.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may have already noticed that some of our services are marked as &#8220;down&#8221; on the APIs.
